  H.E.V.S.Anil Kumar, IHRO Director participated at Indo Russia Business Forum  on 6.12.2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi in a programme jointly organised by FICCI  and Roscongress to boost bilateral trade and investment, focusing on expanding Indian exports (pharma, machinery, food) to Russia, achieving a $100 Billion trade target, and discussing cooperation in energy, tech, and finance, fostering strategic ties amid global economic shifts.  

 Key Participants were: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Indian Minister Piyush Goyal, Russian Deputy Chief of Staff Maxim Oreshkin, and business leaders.

 Key Outcomes & Discussions:

• Commitment to achieving the $100 billion trade target ahead of 2030.
• Emphasis on mutual trust as the foundation of the partnership.
• Sessions on "Sell to Russia," healthcare, tech, and sustainable trade networks. 

   H.E.Dr. Jupaka Madhavi Chairperson IHRO  signed MoU with Mr.Bryan Dawson, CEO of Aquafission, USA and Dr.N.V.Rao, Chairman of Oxley Packaged Drinking Water accordingly for
supply of Packaged Drinking water for supplying safe drinking water to Niger Delta region which is a highly polluted area by Crude Oil Pollution. By this initative Dr.N.V.Rao, Chairman of Oxley Packaged Drinking Water, a Physicist with PhD in Physics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, Telangana will be closely working on safe drinking water access in Niger Delta with Mr.Bryan Dawson, CEO of Aquafission, USA  and IHRO by setting up retrofitted Aquafission equipment at the Bottling Plant Units for removal of Water Contamination in Mining Areas,Crude Oil Areas in Africa and India 

  H.E.Dr. Jupaka Madhavi Chairperson IHRO  and Life Member of Sports World Cup Council participated at its Official Launch at Hotel Le Méridien, Cochin on 22nd September 2025   

India is all set to become the Sports Capital of the World with the visionary launch of Sports City! From world-class stadiums to residential sports schools, service apartments, and clubhouses – this initiative marks a new chapter for sports excellence in our nation. 

 Kochi Sports City is being envisioned on one lakh square feet, including all facilities such as a residential sports school, indoor stadium, international stadium suitable for conducting competitions, swimming pool, and athletic stadium. In addition, 200 acres of service apartments and villas for athletes and their families are also planned. The project also envisions ample commercial facilities.

General Aloys BIZINDAVYI, Ambassador of Burundi; Mr. Frédéric NIMUBONA, Deputy Director of Cabinet at Prime Minister’s Office; Mrs. Liliane Marie Consolé CISHAHAYO, Advisor-Strategic & Development Studies at State House; Mr. Charles RWANGA, First Counsellor, Embassy of Burundi. 

  H.E.Dr. Jupaka Madhavi Chairperson IHRO meets Acharya Balakrishna,CEO,Chairperson, Managing Director of "Patanjali Ayurved" at  Patanjali Headquarters, Haridwar, Uttarakhand,India  on 10.11.2023   The objective of the meeting was for setting up farming of Medicinal Plants in African Countries by women and youth farmers from rural Africa. This initiative would aim for promoting Indian Ayurveda in African Countries by production, manufacturing and retail consumption of Ayurvedic Products of India in African Countries.
The African Countries that are ready for farming and production of Medicinal Herbs are Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Rwanda, Madagascar, Tanzania, Zambia etc.

now has also been a recipient of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar National Award 2023, India by Dr.B.R.Ambedkar International Foundation at the Constitution Club, New Delhi, India on 21.09.2023. This concides on the eve of passing of the Womens Reservation Bill in the Parliament in India and has enthused with energy for fellow women  to undertake women empowerment work not only in India but Globally as well. H.E.Dr. Jupaka Madhavi was invited as  Guest Speaker for delivering a Special Lecture on "Women Safety and Empowerment " by INDIA-FRANCE  WICCI - Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry on Linkedin  on 30.04.2023.

Dr. Jupaka Madhavi  shared her experiences and ignited the minds of women industry incubators  by sharing her experiences and opinions on women safety and empowerment in the worlds largest populous country- India towards her Women Empowerment Journey of over 68 Crore women.
